A combination of the two abbreviations for I love you(ily), and I fucking love you(ifly) used in Text messages, IM, or other online media where "text talk" is used.

This become I love you. Fucking love you.
This is used for dramatic or romantic situatons, creating more feeling by using a pause. ilfly would be read I love you.(pause)fucking love you.
