--It is used to describe someone being hopeless or ended up getting nothing, especially in MenPa (Mention Party).

--This term is used to express someone's "hope" that turned into "nope".

--Coined from A'TIN (SB19's fandom); usually used to express that someone got no reply in MenPa.

When you're deeply delusional and holding onto hope for a relationship that is never going to happen. It's a mix of the English word "hope" and a Pinoy pastry.

Basically, there is a version of the song 'High Hopes' (Panic! at the disco) where the beats have been swapped so the lyrics are jumbled, hence the jumbled title and band name. It sounds like Brendon having a seizure.
