A slang term for the city of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Used because of the high amount of Chinese/Asian people living in the Lower Mainland.

The city of Vancouver, which has a large population of transplanted Chinese from Hong Kong. Not necessarily a slur, just a funny word. It can refer to any china town district.
Synonym: "Chinglishville"
Antonyms:a)"Bubbatown", a place inhabited exclusivly by red neck Caucasians. b)"Biffsburgh", white suburb.

The full, proper name for the city of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. So named due to the overwhelming presence of Asian people in the city. Common indications that you may be in Hongcouver, Japanada are:
~Not being able to drive for 2 minutes without being cut-off
~Feeling like you have culture shock in your own country
~Feeling like a giant in a land of dwarfs
"Jesus, Jeff! These Hongcouver Japanadan's can't drive worth a shit!!"
