A member of the LGBTQ+'s esophagus. Typically used in a sexual manner, but can be brought up in casual conversation.

A line of burning sensation in the chest extending from the throat to the abdomen resulting from consumimg ethnic food ordered too spicy.

I should have known better that to order my curry level 5,now I've got hotsophagus.
