A girl that consistently acts slutty, but in real life is afraid of sexual contact. Any attempt at taking advantage of a hoeprude's slutty behavior, will result in a slap to the face or a labeling of the perpetrator as an asshole.

Dave: "Mitsy just posted a picture on facebook with the caption. 'My new boyfriend. And he's even good in bed'. The picture is of her dog."

Sam: "She's such a hoeprude. Everyone knows she's a virgin and hasn't had a boyfriend in years."

Dave: "Did you hear about Matt? When he tried to make out with her, she slapped him."
