A military term usually used by higher ranking people to call on someone that they may not know the name of. Also it is used as either a degrading or rewarding term.

"come here highspeed!"
"good job highspeed!"
"why aren't my work orders in yet highspeed?!"

used in the military to describe cool stuff and express the greatness of it. often used for special forces stuff and gear..

Soldier 1: "Hey man, look at my new Blackhawk! CQC Holster.."

Soldier 2: "Wow, thats fucking highspeed!"
