Slang term; Money for marijuana. The money you set aside for buying weed.

Jay: Let me borrow twenty bucks, bro. I'll pay you back.
Roddy: Can't man. This is my high bread.
Jay: Damn. I was going to spend the twenty on weed, too.
Roddy: Get out.
