In his song "Hellrazor" (a pun on the word Hell raiser), this word defines someone who is unhappy with their current way of life and strives to better themselves.

Although he had a hard life, he is a Hellrazor by all aspects.

It's the people who are born in the ghetto or hard life. It simply means when you live there you are raised in hell. In short, it's the unfairness of life given by your ancestors, parents and especially the government.

Makaveli was a born Hellrazor for he's been through a lot in the gutter.
