Plucking ones ass hair out and placing it on a friend/enemies personal effect, such as a computer keyboard or coffee cup for later discovery. Similar to tea bagging but slightly more pungent.

Garfield was being an ass so I gave his computer mouse a brown hairing.

The act of making a blunder, making a mistake, but in ridiculous way.
The word takes its history in russian language where the verb "опростоволоситься" was originally an act of occasional showing your hairs to strangers, which was welcomed in times of ancient Rus'. Later this verb became a synonym of making of ridiculous mistake.
