A city located in North Korea. Though, this word can also be used as a form of greeting. It's commonly used by Koreans, who snicker at the double meaning of this word, because it sounds as though you're saying "Hey Jew".

Random person: "Haeju, how's it going?"
Supposed friend: " Dude, did you just call me a jew? OH HELLZ NUHHH. You'z about to get your ass whooped."
Random person: " I think not, I was just randomly saying a city, you know Haeju? the one that's located in North Korea. Yeah I was just being random. You know me, being a random person and all. Random Random Random! :)"
