Hwe is a response to a statement. The response is communicated through the tonation and pronunciation of the word Hwe. These differences in pronunciation are slight variations of the basic pronunciation of Hwe, which is Hwei. For example a very enthusiastic Hwe is given when stretching that 'a' sound at the end. So HWEEEEEEEEEEE doesn't actually sound like 'we' but an extended 'a'. There are also negative variations, which are achievable by shortening the ending 'a' sound, or by making it sound like peff as much as possible. (Just really shorten the Hwe)
