The word Høgh is used in situations where something is cool, lit, or fresh. The word is basically a synonym for swag.

Highentology 

A spoof on Scientology with the purpose of uniting cannabis users from California and worldwide. Highentology is accepting and supporting cannabis in a more contemporary form. No longer will the *dirty pothead* define cannabis users and the word marijuana will not be used in relation to Highentology. Highentology is to be clean and proactive and somewhat contemporary.
