--The combination of a Goth and an Emo style. Keep in mind that if a Gothmo actually calls his/herself "Goth", "Emo", or "Gothmo", he or she is a poser.

--Usually, Gothmo is an emo with a Goth touch.
Not usually the other way around.

Emo: Oh! I wanna cut myself, cuz everybody hates me...

Goth: Dude get a life. Life's way more than self-afflicted
pain.

Gothmo: Ummm...I'm confused...

gothmo

this is a recent discovery in the world of gothism and emoism. gothmo is the combining of gothic and emo. it started from an emo who gradually got more and more depressed, but since he felt like he had to be loyal to emo, even though he wanted to become goth, he combined the two, thus creating gothmo. it looks like a person who is emo, but looks more depressed and dresses with hints of goth. as strange as it may seem at this particular moment,it is a very narley way of dressing. i am not gothmo, though i am considering becoming one. gothmo's usually where lots of eyeliner, sometimes creating the "black eye" effect. gothmo's (still on the subject of eyeliner) usually stick to the ever-so popular look among goths, the tear stains(look at pics of benji madden of good charlotte). although this look is hot, gothmo can easily be shattered when a chav tries to become gothmo.

gothmo

gothmo is a mix of goth and emo styles, coined by Colin, the assistant manager of hot topic in the rockaway mall in northern new jersey. gothmo incorporated pinstripe button down shirts with t-shirts over it. belt buckles which can be considered goth and emo at the same time. its the sensitive dark side. in essence, take an emo boy/girl and add black. its brooding and cool without being scary or too cry in the corner-ey. its been around for a while, just not named. edgy emo-ness.

Colin's wall of shirts on that side of the store is so gothmo; look at the way that guy is dressed, it's so gothmo i love it!

Is a mix between goth and emo, Made up by MEGAN! NOT COLIN!
They wear two belts, emo shoes, chokers, band shirts.. mainly wear black but ad inthe emo stripes. Dark hair and emo make up. The make up is put on heavily sometimes with emo dots.

new gothmo

In the taste of traditional gothmo style but with a new-wave gangster essence. New gothmo is not for the likes of everybody. It is as much a lifestyle as it is a look. Common attire includes the display of a particular color that one wants to be associated with, ripped tight clothes, short shorts, and many accessories. There are usually foreign objects found in the new gothmos hair including shells, beads, feathers, caution tape, etc... New gothmos are often found partyin' big time and often sleep in past noon without ever having showered in the first place. Typically they are found in large groups drinking free liquor and are surrounded by an over-sexualized female populace.

Dank Stunna and Candy Cane (Tucson AZ) are new gothmo.

gothboiclique

GOTHBOICLIQUE (shortened to GBC) is an LA-based emo rap collective formed around 2012-2013 by WICCA PHASE SPRINGS ETERNAL, Cold Hart and Horsehead.

Current members are Cold Hart, DØVES, Horsehead, JPDREAMTHUG, Mackned, Official (aka Fish Narc), Tracy, Wicca Phase, and Yawns.

lil peep joined GBC in 2016, but sadly Peep passed away on November 15, 2017 (rip m'bro 😔💔).

GBC started out as a movement, but then became an exclusive group.
