Golden Day

A day off work, solely for the pleasure of the individual, or used to avoid what one anticipates to be a bad day. Can also be the term used by the over 50's who are entitled to a day off once a year as an extra benefit.

Equivalent to taking a 'sickie'.

'So I'll see you tomorrow then!'

'Afraid not. I'm having a Golden Day tomorrow!'

Golden Nuts day

Golden Nuts day happens on the 28th of November where they make Golden Nuts. It’s not confirmed when it started but it happened. It is only in Germany.
