A disease where a ginger develops anorexia because she believes the reason why no guy finds her attractive is because she is fat, when in fact the reason why no guy finds her attractive is because she is a ginger.

Person 1: Did you see that girl with gingerexia?

Person 2: Yeah shes been hogging the elliptical for over an hour and looks like she hasn't eaten in days.

It can mean one of a few things. Either a beautiful red-haired girl with long hair, usually Irish or Scottish of descent or ancestry, or a red-haired boy with hair that is long enough to be laughable.

"I was at the Platypus Park last night and saw the most beautiful Gingerella !"
"That was probably Aileen. She takes really good care of that red hair of hers."
