b) edited to clumsily add text like 'Bling' 'gangsta' 'xscenex' or crude effects
or
c) edited in a roundabout or rough way by someone unfamiliar with Photoshop tools.

Most pictures on myspace are ghettoshopped.

ghettoish

To be dirty or low class in your ways. Someone who is ghettoish is bad mannered, lacks proper hygiene and has dependency issues. Usually lives with relatives or in some tiny ass apartment in the middle of nowhere. Can't afford a decent house or car. Has no money in the bank and has a lower class lifestyle.

Vitale walks around in some cheap wal-mart clothes then goes back to his apartment and lays around all day and collects disability from the state. How ghettoish.

ghettisburg

A layered pasta dish with the following layers (bottom to top):
1. a hamburger patty, grilled
2. cooked spaghetti noodles
3. tomato-based pasta sauce
4. grated parmesan cheese

All I've got to eat is hamburger patties and spaghetti so let's make some ghettisburg!
