To be dirty or low class in your ways. Someone who is ghettoish is bad mannered, lacks proper hygiene and has dependency issues. Usually lives with relatives or in some tiny ass apartment in the middle of nowhere. Can't afford a decent house or car. Has no money in the bank and has a lower class lifestyle.

Vitale walks around in some cheap wal-mart clothes then goes back to his apartment and lays around all day and collects disability from the state. How ghettoish.

Ghettophile

A woman who only dates the biggest piece of shit bums from the shittiest possible neighborhoods with the most possible baby mommas and longest possible criminal record, typically letting him sponge off her while he openly sells nickel bags of the poorest quality drugs out of her home.

Or it’s a guy who’s a hopeless romantic and tries turning a hoodrat into a housewife, and is completely oblivious to her whorish behavior when he isn’t around.

The thing that both types of ghettophiles have in common, they’re just being used by the other for the sexual and/or financial gain. And when the ghettophile has nothing left to give them, they’re gone faster than a plate of bacon in front of a starving cannibalistic pig.

A safe and pleasant dwelling within a low-income neighborhood. Often characterized by friendly inhabitants, decent curb appeal and incredibly low rent.

Although the area is not the safest, Ben lives in a Ghettoasis. We should hang out there.

Ghettobahn

A road travelled at high speed which connects two or more bad neighborhoods. Characterized by flashy cheap late model cars with large chrome wheels and concert level sound systems. Unexplained accidents with parked and moving vehicles are frequent. Driver's licenses and insurance are rare.

There was another crash on the ghettobahn. What is wrong with these people?!!
