Gabaldoned

A verb used to dismiss fanfiction. Named in honor of the author, Diana Gabaldon, who blogged about her displeasure with fanfiction writers who “borrowed” her characters.

slashlvrnc17 left the fandom after her latest PWP story was gabaldoned.

My latest story on LJ was gabaldoned by some nasty readers, but I had the last word and deleted their comments.

Gabadose is an italian word. We Italians use this word frequently. When someone is acting extremely stupid we just do the italian gesture, and say “YOU GABADOSE”
