Simply put: Humidity in Florida.

It's hot other places. It's humid other places, but Florida? It's a whole different type of Flumid.

Nick: I'm not going anywhere today.
Ray: Why? its not that hot.

Nick: No. its the flumidity. its easily 98% and no chance of rain. Florida is broken.
