Friendsdon

A Christian/catholic celebration where a group of friends come together to celebrate their successes, and talk about their goals on the 31st of the last 3 months of the year. (October, November, December)

Some Christians do celebrate Friendsdon on the same time as Halloween, but this is usually not the case.
Friend 1: hey, did you want to come celebrate friendsdon with me?

Words you can keep

Friendzone Predator

Someone who pretends to be your friend in the hopes that they can eventually manipulate your friendly attachment to them into a romantic relationship
"Bob keeps pretending to be friends with girls, then passive-aggressively trying to guilt them into dating him because he's such a Nice Guy. He's a real friendzone predator."

Friendzone

A particularly aggravating metaphorical place, that people end up in when someone they are interested in only wants to be friends. It is impossible to get over someone while in the friendzone, because, as friends, you still see them too often for them to be erased from your memory, and yet, you cannot be with them the way you want.
Person 1: Hypothetically, how would you react if I told you I like you?
Person 2: I'm sorry, I don't mean to hurt you, but I want to just be friends.
Person 1 is now in the friendzone.

Friendscort

A completely platonic relationship defined by the act of accompanying another in a dangerous or awkward situation. It is a combination of the words friend and escort. It was originally used by improv actors in St. Louis, Missouri to indicate an intent to traverse Cherokee street without peril.
will you please be a friendscort to my car? There were some wingnuts in the parking lot." or "I'll friendscort you to the Justin Bieber concert so you won't look out of place because there will be another 30 year old guy there.

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
