A whiny Fortnite fan, mostly a little kid thats being trolled in game chat (usually GTAO 5.) They like to follow up with cries and screams about going back to playing Fortnite or how much better it is, then rage quit.

Little kid: “Why do people keep killing meee!!! Im gonna go back to playin fortnite! Who else plays fortnite and want to play with me? This game sucks!”

Griefer: “You lil Forttard get off this game kid!”

Fortarded is essentially retarded FORTRAN. This generally can be taken to mean any FORTRAN versions predating Fortran 90. Although a dedicated FORTRAN programmer can write Fortarded in any version of FORTRAN.
