Fernandoing is when an individual makes plans or accepts an invite with other people for a social event, however when the day/time arrives to go through with those plans the individual is asleep, people will attempt to contact the individual but because he is asleep he/she will not answer.
Person 1:Hey is Scott gonna play video games with us tonight?
