The combination of the two words fag and douche. Basically, when the words fag and douche are just not enough. It can be used in any context, however mainly used as a noun.

This fagadouche came up to my girl last night and starting hitting on her, so I had to beat his fagadouche ass.

1. A portmanteau of the acronym MAGA (Make America Great Again) and the word douche.
2. A person who consistently wears pro-Donald Trump attire everywhere. They can often be found trying to intimidate or ridicule people who disagree with them. They frequently cite alternative facts, use words such as libtard, and shout “Trump is YOUR President,” as an insult. Most of their information comes from Fox News or alt-right media outlets. They may also use their vehicle as a billboard in support of Trump.

Look at that lifted truck with all the Trump stickers. What a MAGAdouche!
