Fake news that seems to be factual; but is actually fictitious.

After this crazy year I have started believing that almost everything is FACTITIOUS.

Of, or relating to made-up "truths", pulled out of your ass and delivered as gospel to the unsuspecting. (Similar to what Cliff Clavin of "Cheers" was famous for.)

"Women who breast-feed at least one child to the age of one year have a 32%statistically higher chance of having breast cancer than those who don't" is a factitious statement.

factitious fever 

Fever that is produced artificially by a patient. This is done by artificially heating the thermometer or by use of pyrogenic substances and is suspected if the pulse rate is much less than expected for the degree of fever noted.

The patient is suspected to have factitious fever.

Factishional/Factitious 

(faction as a fusion of the two....nah!)....."look ya wee fanny! It is the truth ....ok ok...maybe I have EMBELLISHED oan it a wee bit n that but it is pretty much factual! not Fictitious! Factitious mate! Factiontional ya fanny! (Embellendish.....same as embellish but being a pure fanny with it n that eh!)

An exaggerated or falsified account of sexual activity, usually involving an alleged conquest by the story teller.

Her undeserved reputation as a slut was the result of countless fucktitious stories repeated in the locker room.

(adj) Pretending the sex was good, faking an orgasm.

Not genuinely into the sex your having at that particular time, but so no feelings get hurt, pretending that you are.

He thinks he was totally good, but I was just acting fucticious.
