Fickpingis

Play 'fickpingis', a Swedish word that means "to touch your scrotum (penis and/or testicles) through the pocket in your pants".
It's not very unusual to see Swedish politicians do this in public places or on TV. Of course, unaware that anyone would notice.

Fickpingis is observable by looking (voluntary or involuntary) at the groin of a person who moves his fingers, mostly up and downwards, which will cause a seemingly rhythmic movement from inside the pants.

The English translation would be 'Pocket tennis', from the word 'pingis' (table tennis).
