An Exscreamist is someone who is in love with any type of Screamo music. Or a band of Exscreamists. a band of people who love screamo music or any type of music with almost impossible to understand lyrics from screams.

"John loves listening to screamo, try not getting near him. You know, those exscreamists always loving the screaming in their ears."

Big Biz has a very powerful voice itself, so you need to be an environmental exscreamist if you want your opposing view to be heard.
