Exosexual

Exosexual is a sexual attraction involving power, authority or strength. Also manifesting as an attraction for authority figures. People who are exosexual may look for specific features in a partner, often having a secondary attraction to traits they associate with power or authority. Exosexuals can usually be lumped into two categories; those who are attracted to people having power over them, and those who attracted to people they have power over.

Person 1: "I can't believe our boss is such a control freak!"
