Evaguence
A piece of evidence used in an argument which can also be easily interpreted as counter evidence due to its (or its sources') vagueness, inconclusivity or incomprehensiblity.
Person 1: "The murderer left his cup on the left side of his desk, revealing to us that he picks it up with his left hand - therefore he is left handed."
Person 2: "However, the murderer likely worked at his desk while drinking. In that case, he would've used his right hand to write and his left hand to drink - therefore he is right handed."
Person 3: "Seems like the 'cup placement' is as useful as evaguence."
