it is an adjective describing someone that is annoying, irritating, disloyal,and so forth. it is meant as an insult and works fine with latin speaking humans and is intended for female fast food employees who do not give free cups of water, you can also yell it out when a girl is giving head and may be used as a catch phrase during sex
