Inadvertent Emotional Bitch Slap
When a member of the opposite sex rejects you emotionally by being brutally honest, yet is not saying it to hurt you intentionally because they do care to some degree and are a good person. They have inadvertently caused you emotional pain by their brutal honesty.
When he said he wasn't in love with him, he dealt him an inadvertent emotional bitchslap.
