Dunpeel

A common alternate to the spelling Dunpeal.

Dunpeels are born of Master vampires and unturned humans. They do not have the same weaknesses as most vampires, but occasionaly have an uncontrolable blood lust, known as "heat syndrome".

Made known in the anime "Vampire Hunter D".

"Because I'm a dunpeel, I don't get to have a life, not like you." - D from Vampire Hunter D.

dunpeal is a mistranslation of the word dhampir, an actual word from Balkan folklore meaning half-vampire, used to describe D from the anime series/movie Vampire Hunter D.

D is not a dunpeal and you sound like a dumbass when you say it like that.
