Verb;
The act of placing clothes in the dryer (for a time period usually not exceeding fifteen minutes), with the intention of releasing the wrinkles. This is most often done in the event that one is too lazy to iron.
"Dryerning my clothes saves me so much time and effort when getting ready to go out."
