Dry cry

When you get all the usual initial feelings of crying. You get the muscle spasms etc. And it feels just like crying. Though no tears appear and then ends abruptly. Its absolutely real then disappears.

I was upset. But just had a dry cry. Perhaps the emotions are buried deep inside.

When you cry so hard that your tear ducts dry up and you become extremely down because there is no longer any purpose to cry about not doing a certain task.

Drycry 

When you are extremely high and sad you begin to cry, but nothing comes out. Symptoms include: Pain in eyes, frustration, dryness, cottonmouth, leaving for college can cause this.
