Paying or giving thounds of dollars (or possibly any other currency) in exchange of something or some service. "G" used in the sense of "Grand".

Be careful with those. Man is dropping Gs for those new pants.

comet droppings

Comet nuclei are loose collections of ice, dust and small rocky particles, and leave a trail of debris behind them. Comet droppings are the dirty piles of snow and ice compacted by plows that starts off white but eventually becomes grungier as it melts down to reveal dirty, gravel, cigerette butts, and other debris when the tempurature rises

Once the sun came out and thawed the compacted snow on the curbs, the streets were lined with comet droppings.

Cougar Droppings

Baked goods or other small gifts given to or left by a cougar to a young buck. These "droppings" are meant to entice the prey to stay longer or make more frequent apperances.

Moe: "Man these are great cookies! Did you make them yourself?"
Larry: "Nope, they're cougar droppings from that chick I met at the wine bar."
Moe: "Dude these are so good, they taste like my Mom's cookies."

The droppings are steaming

The 'droppings are steaming' or indeed any general description of the droppings temperature/circumstances as an analogy to any situation. It is an informal phrase very rarely used in writing, due to its reactionary nature. The idiom originates from a passage in Lord of the Flies where a character, Jack, is hunting a pig and notes with some satisfaction that the droppings he has just encountered are steaming. He is pleased by this, as it means a pig must have been there recently.

"My dudes, come quick, the droppings are steaming."

"Not going to lie, you seriously froze the droppings there."

"The droppings are in a super heated suspension of plasma my guys! This is good."

"You know the droppings just plummeted."

"Compatriots, listen close for I have ascertained with great happiness that the droppings have an effervescence of vapour ,which I can only assume is the gaseous dihydrogen monoxide, which is a cause for great celebration."

In the winter; a mixture of snow, sand, salt, and dirt that builds up underneath cars primarily around the wheel well and drops off in chunks in parking lots and along roadways when the weather warms.
