In the easiest way to explain, it is a dual ethnic combination of a Dominican descended person and a Puerto-Rican of either gender combinatiion:

Man, my buddy speaks some mean Dominarican spanish! He speaks so fast and with an "-Ang" at the end of everything!!

This is a person who is half Dominican (Hispanic) and half Bahamian (Caribbean). It's like the mixture of word like Spanglish (Spanish and English).

I am Dominamian. A half Dominican and half Bahamian.
