According to Korean folklore, Dokko is a state of being ageless, fit, hot, and overall amazing.

Aging Loser #1: My abs are all flabby and I'm always stressed. I wish I were more Dokko.

Aging Loser#2: Haha, GTFO. Only Andrew doesn't age and can achieve that state of supreme awesomeness.
