When a girl shows up at school or work without taking a shower or getting ready. Usually follows an all-nighter or accompanies a lack of desire to look good.
Signs of a Dirty Harriet: headband covering up dirty hair, traces of baby powder in unwashed hair, tight ponytail or devil-may-care attitude.

Every guy at this high school is not worth the time, so I'm pulling a Dirty Harriet every day from now until graduation.
