A foolish idiot person. Divroop laughs everywhere and everytime. Funny or not funny. Divroop is always laughing. Divroop is very funny, but not in a joking manner where Divroop is the one making the jokes. Very funny in the way where they say something very dumb. Divroop thinks they are smart, but internally they are actually quite dumb acting to be smart.
