Someone who is consistently attracted to the concept of teachers and/or professors; Didaskophilia being the love for teachers and/or professors.

"Didasko-" = "to teach", "to impart instruction", "instill doctrine into one", "to explain or expound a thing", "to teach one something"
"-philia" = "an attraction to", especially one that is abnormal or abnormally specific and consistent.

Lucas keeps hitting on all of the professors on campus even though he has good grades, do you think he is a Didaskophile?
