when a woman is pursuing an object of desire and is denied by the presence of a third party. This is the female equivalent of a 'cockblock.'

Sally likes Dom, but when she goes to talk to Dom, Rosey brings her a vodka and cranberry juice and asks about her period pains. (Most probably - Rosie wants Dom; or even Sally herself. Sally does not get Dom. This is... Vagina Denial.)
