Demented Mentality, Mentality that is demented.

He has a dementality of a serial killer. His belief in favoring the legalization of all forms of violence, shows that he has the dementality of a sociopath.

Dementalated 

When something is in the middle of Demented and Mongulated, it is Dementalated. When It looks really bad or mutated.

Dentality

When speaking modern English, dentaility is the quality associated with clearly enunciating words by the use of one's teeth (not to be confused with teef)

"WhaT are you talkING AbouT?" is an example of good Dentality, where the T is clearly enunciated.

"Wha' are ya talm 'bouw?" would be an example of poor Dentaility. Where the ability to clearly enunciate words may be hindered by a pleTHora of reasons. Including physical and/or mental ailmenTs including lisps and excess tissue.
