Used in online conversation to denote someone who is obnoxiously obsessed with debating others to prove their position is right. Typically abuse logical fallacies and "Ben Shapiro Tactics" to win, and will shout "DEBATE ME BRO!" at everyone, hence the name

Good Debater Syndrome 

Good Debater Syndrome, or GDS, entails that skilled male and female debaters appear attractive to other debaters, even if their appearance if abhorrent.

Me: Katryna isn't really that hot, but this 2NR is so fucking good, I'm super turned on right now.
