A Persian slang that means sneaky, traitor, bastard and similar slangs. Technically it's applied to someone (guy) who is married but is seeing and/or screwing someone else. or someone who has abandoned his family to be with somebody else.
It can also be used as friendly (close friends) term of calling or responding in funny situation (to say "you're really funny")
