Based on Jersey Shore lingo DTF or Down To Fuck. A DTFCON is a conference of people who are down to fuck essentially an orgy. DTFCONs can be found at some really raunchy clubs or house parties or in an back ally or in your own living room.

Defcon 1

A defense readiness condition (DEFCON) is an alert posture used by the United States armed forces. The DEFCON system was developed by the Joint Chiefs of Staff and unified and specified combatant commands. It prescribes five graduated levels of readiness (or statuses of alert) for the U.S. military, and increase in severity from DEFCON 5 (least severe) to DEFCON 1 (most severe) to match varying military situations.

DEFCONS are a subsystem of a series of Alert Conditions, or LERTCONs, that also includes Emergency Conditions (EMERGCONs).3 DEFCONs should not be confused with similar systems used by the U.S. military, such as Force Protection Conditions (FPCONS) and Watch Conditions (WATCHCONS), or the Homeland Security Advisory System used by the United States Department of Homeland Security. The highest confirmed DEFCON ever was Level 2 (DEFCON2). Movies and popular culture often misuse the DEFCON system by "going to DEFCON 5" during a state of emergency. In fact, DEFCON 5 is the lowest state of readiness. DEFCON 1 is the most severe.

DEFCON 4 Normal, increased intelligence and strengthened security measures
DEFCON 3 Increase in force readiness above normal readiness
DEFCON 2 Further Increase in force readiness, but less than maximum readiness
DEFCON 1 Maximum force readiness.

The nuclear bomb threat put us in defcon 1.

Defcon

A hacker convention located in Las Vegas every summer where people go to:
1: Learn about the latest computer vulnerabilities, exploits, mods, and hacks.
2: Participate in (generally) computer related contests such as Capture the Flag, Wardriving, Wi-Fi Shootout, Scavenger Hunt, and Spot the Fed.
2: Get trashed and hang out with fellow geeks.

Defcon 1

Defcon 1 is a code used amongst guys for when a woman is at that time o the month and should not be argued with, agreed with or even spoken to. God save any man who's girlfriend is at Defcon 1.

Defcon 2 is achieved when there are either 2 Women at Defcon 1 or if one Woman is so far into Defcon 1 she is psychotically raging around destroying all in her path. May God have mercy on her boyfriend's soul.
