An expression used prior to describing a collision, generally which you had some fault in. Use of this acronym attepmts to divert guilt from you to some unsuspecting party. Ususlly accompanied by a shrug of the shoulders and a slight flip of the open hands. " I was DAMMOB, and all of a sudden I ran that guy over"
