One who possesses the ability to balance their natural ability of creatively and possesses the control of a disciplinarian.

A person with a hybrid of skills - suited best for project management, creative thinking and relationship management.

Pros:
Able to multitask
Able to think outside the box…but inside the budget!
Able to plan, problem solve and is a critical thinker
Able to add to the creative process – and be the creative process if called upon

Cons:
currently does not work for you - and may work for the competition...
Has a large appetite for marketing that requires a generous amount of marketing projects to stay satisfied.

His/her creativarian skills will be a positive addition to the company.

Please also see podestrians since these are the arch enemies of the creativians. There are many similarities between the two one being that they both have two white cords hanging out of their ears howver the creativians pride themselves on the fact that theirs has creative written on them in place of a half eaten apple.

Man those creativians are so much more popular than podestrians
