Code words for cheating. Often used in educational settings and always done in the 3 minutes before class.

*Teacher walks by 2 kids doing homework*
Teacher: Is that chapter 15 due next period?
Kids: Yea, were comparing answers to further our education and brainstorm possible class discussion questions.
Example 2:
Greg: Here, lets compare answers. Unfortunately, I got all blanks.
1) When two boys pull out their penises to see which one is bigger. Usually done by boys between 8 and 13. Anyone caught doing this after the age of 13 can be considered gay!
2) An excuse for a guy to look at someone elses cock at a urinal or in a open shower.

Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
