A person who acts like a clown and a fool and can't be taken seriously. They don't think things through and end up making stupid and absurd decisions.

Clown energy 

The energy one exudes when they are a clown. It is used to describe foolish energy, one that seems serious but is always joking. One that can not be serious. The word originated from the first instance of clown energy, this was when the founder of the circus was born. His name is often known to start with the R but mostly referred to as the founder of clowns. He was born on the 22nd of February.

He was surprised when he was wRong, displaying nothing but foolish clown energy.
