Chris Pearson

Chris Pearson is one of Americas foremost culinary artists. Born and raised in Seattle he began his career at Starbucks. He rose up through the ranks of Starbucks and managed many starting stores leading them to lucrative sucess through a hard work ethic and a passion for customer service. After a disagreement with Starbucks management Pearson left his highly sucessful career to work at Camp Sheppard. Here he perfected a variety of classic American dishes, like meatloaf and Catfish with the assistance of assistant cook Bryce Phillips. Chris Pearson also patented his signature garlic sauce which brought him international attention. Since then Chris Pearson continues to experiment in his kitchen he calls a laboratory looking for the perfect blend of spices to make the sauces he is famous for. He has been a guest on a variety of Food Network shows and has taught seminars at some of the West Coast's most prestigious resturants Breweries and Steakhouses
