New language based off English in the sense where, sounds come from English and different combinations of letters will sound the same as the combinations would sound in English but the words in the language are made from those combinations.

chochkies

While the restaurant in Office Space is also spelled "tchotchkes" and refers to small pieces of giveaway crap found at tradeshows and conventions.
